Domination and dictatorship over minorities'claims for equitable social rights in a multiracial country is nothing but brutal violence, a rape of democracy and its essential values - liberty and human rights, as enshrined in the universal declaration of Human Rights. " It is the language of contempt in power. We must say no to contempt and the indifference which it engenders, " says Elie Wiesel, Nobel Prize Winner in 1986. Yes, we must, for the state's repressive apparatus against any segment of the nation is but state terrorism. Shouldn't the world condemn state terrorism as a negation of human rights ?
